You will start with a testing week so we can get a baseline of your strength. Your program will be designed around these results. You will be told exactly what weights to use throughout the duration of the program to take the guesswork out of getting stronger.
Being strong is awesome, but so is having a ripped physique. There’s no need to sacrifice one for the other if you properly program your training session. Our accessory work is designed not only to bulletproof your body and provide structural balance, but to make sure you stay looking great. We also throw in some extra glute specific work for the ladies - because who doesn’t want bigger, better glutes?!
We program plyometrics to keep you athletic but also compliment your strength progression through activation of type II (fast twitch) muscle fibers. Our plyo program will also challenge your lateral movement and challenge your balance and proprioception. These attributes are key to keeping you healthy long term.

Your ability to extend a set and push for extra reps is limited by poor conditioning. We strategically place HIIT sessions throughout the week to keep your conditioning good enough to make sure it’s not limiting your progress or killing your gains.
