HOW DO I START OR ENTER?
As soon as you sign up, you will receive emails on how to download the app and access your workouts. After that, you can take your before photos and get started!
WHEN IS THE CHALLENGE OPEN FOR SIGN UP?
The challenge is open for enrollment from January 1st to February 5th. Workouts and before photos can start any time in January but your submission must come eight weeks after your before photos.
IS THE MOBILITY CUSTOMIZED FOR ME?
Yes, it is! You start by taking a mobility screening. Based on your score, we recommend routines that attack your weaknesses.
CAN I PUT ON MUSCLE AND WIN? OR IS THIS ONLY A WEIGHT-LOSS CHALLENGE?
Like all of our challenges, we choose winners based on transformation! If you put on muscle and made great changes, you can win!
WHAT IF I'M ALREADY AN APP MEMBER? DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE?
Current app members get entry into all of our challenges as part of their membership. There is no need to sign up! You'll receive an email on January 1st on how to enter the challenge.
DOES THIS COMPETITION INCLUDE PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
Absolutely! Anyone from anywhere can join and win the grand prizes. If you have access to some dumbells, a barbell, and maybe some heavy tree logs, you can enter the 8-Week New Year's Challenge.
This challenge says it includes nutrition, what exactly is that?
We believe in flexible dieting so with our nutrition you will get personalized macros according to your goal and the ability to get meal ideas and quantities from our meal builder. We don't provide recipes or cookbooks, but our Facebook group is always there to help with any questions.
Can beginners do these workouts?
Yes! We have coaching tutorial videos, explanation videos, and a support group. This is a great program to get started into.
I see that I will be opting into membership after the challenge, can i cancel that or what's the deal? 
Our hope is that you love the challenge programming and app so much that you'll want to keep the gains and progress going with us. But if you need to leave us or cancel the membership you can at anytime by simply emailing us at support@fitnessculture.com.
